"Last night was the first time we have visited Confucius for food. The take-out was tasty and authentic and felt great to know there was no MSG. We haven't had Chinese food for around 3 years because of the effect mono sodium glutamate (MSG) had on us after eating it.So thank you to Confuscus for helping us to rediscover Chinese food."

"Absolutely fantastic food, easily the best oriental food on the island. Lots of tasty things on the menu, with a really fresh taste. I have had both sit down meals and take always and to food is excellent each time. The staff are also very friendly. Now my favourite restaurant! "

"We had a set menu and i must say it was top quality food!!! The best chinese ive had in Guernsey. The only complaint was there was far too much food. Will definately be going back again soon."

"Since my boyfriend and I turned vegetarian we have not had much chinese food as the usual option is mushroom chow mein or chop suey, which is great but can get boring. At Confucius the mock dock pancakes are fantastic, the tofu satay is wonderful as well as other vegetarian dishes. A refreshing change for vegetarians who love chinese food."
