Confucius is a small, family-run business, which opened in May 2006. We offer a variety of Oriental cuisine, all cooked to the highest standard. Our chefs have many years of experience in a range of disciplines, from the most simple, family dishes (such as chow mein and rice dishes) to the more elaborate banquet dishes such as Mongolian Lamb, delicate seafood and the traditional Szechuan cuisine.

We believe in using only the freshest, locally sourced produce to prepare our meals where possible - although some of the ingredients are currently only available from Asian food specialists.
